Thank you once again for making me feel at ease, as I think without open and honesty your clients would not get as much from the process.
I've had a really positive second half of the year and made some really good strides forward, particularly in terms of presentation skills and presence. I really genuinely feel that the coaching has been a significant factor in making this progress and I wouldn't have had the wherewithal to make it happen without it.
After each session I felt re-energised, walked taller and had a 'I can do this if a want to' approach. Thanks Zoe for some really productive and useful sessions. Your humane, positive and authentic approach provided me with some great support which I value and still think about and consider.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet you today. I have felt an immediate benefit – thank you.
In terms of feedback from the session; I came away feeling extremely valued and with a different perspective on my ability to control how I present myself to others – thank you. I really appreciate the fact that you listened intently and took the time to reflect back what you heard. I realised one can’t over estimate the value of ‘being listened to’; people are often too busy and by not listening fully, whether intentional or not, can create a subtle, negative effect.
The pitch went really well, perfectly to time and I recalled all of the detail, thanks for your help, some of your acute observations really helped the final product.
Zoë is an excellent coach – she challenged me to challenge myself and that is exactly what I had asked for at the very first session and I found her style incredibly effective. … Exactly the right amount of challenge. Always constructive and thought provoking. Excellent.
I am delighted to have met you and of the positive impact you have had on my career planning… I have really enjoyed my coaching sessions which at times could have been uncomfortable but have found you to be friendly yet objective about the actions I have needed to take. Thank you once again for your time and professionalism, you have helped me enormously.
I too am hearing very positive messages and that is why I am recommending you over others as people feel that they can apply techniques in the workplace and that you have a very common sense approach.
