I've had a really positive second half of the year and made some really good strides forward, particularly in terms of presentation skills and presence. In terms of feedback from the session; I came away feeling extremely valued and with a different perspective on my ability to control how I present myself to others – thank you. I really appreciate the fact that you listened intently and took the time to reflect back what you heard. I realised one can’t over estimate the value of ‘being listened to’; people are often too busy and by not listening fully, whether intentional or not, can create a subtle, negative effect.
